Previously, we hade been accepting hotel reservation for foreign guests through both online reservation systems on our Japanese official website and e-mails. Currently, we have been working to improve the online reseravation system, so that we only accept reseravtion request through e-mails.
Our staffs at Tazawako Tourist Information Center FOLAKE take care of your inquiries and reservation requests at hotels and ryokans located in Tazawako area (Nyuto, Tamagawa, Mizusawa, Lake Tazawa, and Tazawako-kogen Plateau area).
To make a reservation request, please include the following information:
- your name
- mailing address
- telephone number
- the total number of gueststhe
- intended date and duration of your stay
- the number of guests
- the number of rooms
- the hotel name
