2012 Omagari All Japan Fireworks Competition!!
(Zenkoku Hanabi Kyogi Taikai)
The Omagari All Japan Fireworks Competition is now held over the Omono-gawa, a river in the city of Omagari. One of three major fireworks Festival in Japan, Omagari All Japan Fireworks Competition has been held since 1910. The best pyrotechnic teams(27~30 pyrotechnicians) gather from the whole country and compete in both day and night categories.
The streets of the city from the JR Omagari station to the riverside venues are set up with local restaurant stands and at the riverside there were rows of booths catering to every desired cuisine.
