On-Ten-Zaru-Soba (温天ざるそば)
Buckwheat noodle (soba) with hot dipping sauce are served with tempuras of seasonal ingredients. The selection of Tempura varieds depending on the season. On this day in late April, they served shiitake mushroom, shrimp, hirokko (wild onion), and kogomi (fern).
